Can this fork be retrofitted to fit a vintage 26? I'm wondering if I can figure out a way to use this fork on a '92 Bridgestone MB-5. Clint asked on July 8, 2024

Hello, if this frames headtube/headset can accept a 1 1/8th inch to 1 1/2inch tapered fork, it will fit just fine.

Can I remove the large air volume spacer and reduce the progressiveness of the fork? I'm wanting to move the fork from my dj bike to my hardtail. Donnie asked on December 28, 2023

Yes. Helm DJ forks can be converted to longer length and used in a typical 27.5 hardtail application. What travel length are you trying to convert it to?

Does this fork also accept 27.5" wheels. or will the tire hit the crown on full compression? Dan asked on November 20, 2023

It will absolutely fit 27.5" wheels. In fact, the Helm DJ borrows the lower casting from our 27.5" full size Helm.
