What are the advantages of this $79 accessory vs. other stem mount options available on Amazon for $20 or less (machined aluminum) Steve asked on November 25, 2023

Our product was designed, tested, and QC'ed by real cyclists, here in Western North Carolina. Our stem mount is highly adaptable to fit a wide range of stems, and incredibly easy to set up. We've tried many other stem-mounted options in the development of this product and most of them are unreliable, not as adjustable, and frankly - a huge pain to install. When someone purchases a product from us there is also a direct line of communication and the guarantee that if you have any issues - the people behind the product will help get it resolved!

Is the distance range of 22 to 35mm between the bolts measured from center to center of the bolt holes? Or from the inner or outer edges? Sebastian asked on October 11, 2023

Hi, the 22-35mm width is measured from the center of the bolts.

This mount is way too complex and fragile. The tilt adjustment screw is minuscule and failed to hold my Garmin 1040 level, and then it easily stripped when I attempted to gently tighten it with a torque wrench. The tiny screws that actually secure the mount to the stem bolts are equally fragile. A better design would be to just have a longer stem bolt. Finally, the tiny screw needed to adjust the fore/aft position does not inspire confidence that the mount is going to adequately secure my $600 computer on bumpy terrain. You will need no less than 3 different allen key sizes just to install or adjust this thing. Love Cane Creek but this thing is a swing and a miss.
